The Man With power

His age is around 25. He is just from the poor family.So, he went to the college instead of going university.After he graduated as Civil Engineer from 3rd capital city of my country, he moved to the Capital city of my country.He worked at my father company and he is also one of my father's relative.But not very close enough.As he just graduate from the Engineering College, he worked as a Junior Engineer at my father company.Not only he got diploma but also he is from the countryside, many of the seniors bully him. Actually, he is nice and clever guy among them. But he try to keep silent and do what he has to do even they all bully him.He never tell my dad or complain about them.After he worked my father's company for 3 or 4 years, he requested my father to quit from this company.He told my father that he thinks he has enough experience to go for his further study. He saved the money to go for further study during working at my father's company.Before he quitted, he told my father about the seniors who bully him even they are not smart enough to be seniors.

Then, he tried to get the NTU's (National Technology University) which is located in Singapore entrance.Finally he got it and he went to singapore to get the Civil Engineering Degree.After he spent 4 yrs studying in NTU, he got Degree and he worked for 2 years in Singapore. Then he finished the Master after a couple of years ago.Now, he came back to my country and founded the construction company. And his company is doing well and become branded now.

So, I think he got the motivation from discriminating him as the cowboy and treating him as a nut.
